Will I lose my brand identity?

No, we work 100% within your brand. Your name, your tone, your identity.

What happens to my current PM team?

Your current team is welcome to join the By Aurora operations team as part of the transition. Alternatively, if you prefer to redeploy them elsewhere within your business, that’s completely up to you, our model is designed to be flexible and support whatever works best for your structure.

Who communicates with landlords and tenants?

Both our team (including any staff from your current pm team) does, through our pm software, using your email signatures, and tone. The experience for clients is seamless and consistent.

Is this a franchise?

No, By Aurora is an independently run business, backed by the Aurora Group which is a multi-billion-dollar operation that currently manages over 10,500 properties with a team of 400+ staff servicing in excess of 7,500 clients nationally.

What happens when a landlord wants to sell?

The listing is always referred back to your sales team. We manage, you list & sell!

Do I get paid for new managements?

Yes, you earn a letting fee as well as unlock 50% ownership of each new management referred.

Is this model more profitable than running PM myself?

In almost every case, yes. We remove overheads, staffing, and compliance burdens, and run operations at scale for greater efficiency and profitability.

What’s the difference between a partnership and full acquisition?

In a partnership, we invest, and you retain 50% ownership of the rent roll. In a full acquisition, we purchase 100% of the portfolio, either way, all newly referred managements are shared 50/50. Partnership or acquisition, we will still operate under your brand.

Will clients notice any change?

No. The transition is completely brand aligned and designed to feel invisible to your landlords and tenants.

How is compliance and trust accounting handled?

All managed internally through our licensed team, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and peace of mind.
